Descriptions and/or illustrations on the web-site are as accurate as possible, however there might be some differences since all the products are handmade and produced one by one. All glazes are food-safe. All dishes are dishwasher and microwave safe, however, hand washing is recommended.

3. Conditions

Before purchasing items which are presented  on the web-site www.estia.ge please carefully read terms and conditions below. By making a purchase from the web-site you automatically agree to our terms and conditions.  LTD “Estia” reserves the right to make changes to its previous terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be active after they are uploaded on our web-site. Customers must review these terms and conditions every time prior to making a purchase . Product is purchased from or web-site www.estia.ge in order to purchase an item you must pay the full price of the product. Payment method : use the Bank of Georgia  safe and secure payment system. When purchasing a product, a buyer is responsible to provide us with full and precise data. If the buyer provides false and/or inaccurate information, or doesn’t fully provide necessary information, LTD “Estia” is not responsible for transaction errors. By making a purchase you confirm that you’ve read and agree to our terms and conditions. You also confirm that you’ve read the detailed description of the product and are familiar with the time for delivery. In the event of controversy between LTD “Estia” and the buyer (receiver), it will be settled by negotiating. If the negotiation doesn’t lead to an agreement, the case will be brought before the law. If both parties agree in advance, the case can also be reviewed by private arbitration.

4. Refund/Return Policy

If a customer receives a wrong or damaged  product, they have the right to contact our web-site administration by phone, e-mail or facebook messenger within 1 day from  the delivery of the order   and request the product to be exchanged or the money returned. Otherwise sold items wont be returned
